The package - What is in it?

Search & Rescue® supplies employers with a comprehensive set of books covering each of the official subjects (modules) from the National Standards for Rescue and Recovery Training.

We also offer additional booklets for traffic management awareness, manual handling, etc. The books can be viewed directly from a computer or can be printed out, in part or whole. They are also designed with a built in word search function for quick identification of subjects.

When printed each page has a dedicated notes column for students to use. Every booklet comes with a practical checklist - this is used to monitor students' practical skills.

Calculation cards are supplied within each package, again these are included to print a copy when necessary. 

A training record log is also supplied. This is a template for recording all training, both theoretical and practical; again the whole log may be used or just selected pages. The log also includes copies of the practical checklists and it can be added to at any time.

The software randomly selects a minimum of 30 questions on each module. No two tests are identical.

A training record report of the results is displayed and may be printed at the end of each test. If the student answers a question wrong the software will display this and this too can be printed out. These reports can then be attached to the Training Record Log.

The flexibility of the Search & Rescue® software is that the student can revisit any of the modules any number of times, ensuring that he/she is confident to move forward.

The system also has its uses in testing the skills and aptitude of potential employees - how often have you wished you had asked more questions of potential employees! Search & Rescue® may be tailored to your specific company requirements.
